📦 Return Policy – Ivy & Willow boutique

At Ivy & Willow boutique, your satisfaction matters. Not sure about your purchase? No worries — you can return it within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

🔄 Return Conditions

• You have 30 days from receipt to start a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, tights, select personal-care products) cannot be returned.

💶 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation.

• After approval, a refund of the purchase value (or a store credit) will be issued within 30 days.

• If you haven’t received your refund or credit after 30 days, please check your bank/email first, then contact us at support@ivy-willowboutique.com.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

• Return postage is paid by the customer.

• Returns are sent to our warehouse outside Canada. Typical shipping costs start from approximately Cad$35.

• We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost return parcels.

⚠️ Exceptions & Cancellations

• Received a damaged or incorrect item? We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

• If the issue occurs again, you’ll receive a full refund.

• Order cancellations aren’t possible after checkout, as orders are processed immediately.
